Understanding Your Pricing

Annual Household Primary Responsibility Amount (PRA):
The total your household pays each year toward eligible medical bills before additional expenses become eligible for sharing with the member community. Choose from four options to find the level that best fits your needs and budget.
Co-Share:
After your annual PRA is met, eligible medical bills are shared by the community at 90%. You’re responsible for the remaining 10%, called your co-share, up to a maximum of $5,000 per household each year.
Your Monthly Share Amount May Increase Under the Following Circumstances:

BMI Assessment
If anyone on your program qualifies, an additional $125 will be added to your Monthly Share.
vaping use
Tobacco or Vaping Use
Members who use tobacco or vape will pay a $50 monthly Tobacco Assessment fee.

If you answered 'YES' to any of the above, or invest in a healthy lifestyle in other ways, as an Impact member you can earn up to $150/month in additional savings. Because taking care of yourself should be rewarded. 

 

Wellness Rewards are per household and applied to reducing your annual household responsibility amount. Not applicable for the Senior program.

For Seniors 65 and older, Impact works alongside Medicare Parts A & B to help fill the gaps that Medicare allows but does not fully pay.

 

Members enrolled in the Senior program get:

  • Eligible sharing by the community in costs Medicare allows but does not fully pay (after the $1,000 annual PRA is satisfied)
  • Freedom to keep your trusted providers—no network restrictions
  • No pre-existing condition limitations
  • Prescription sharing with Medicare Part D
  • Unlimited 24/7 Telehealth virtual visits for non-emergency needs
  • Short-Term Teletherapy for mental wellbeing support. Up to three visits, per month, per topic.
  • Dental & Vision savings—reduced costs available immediately
